In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order, please call our office for advice. We must be notified of any problems with your order within 14 days of delivery.
If the product is damaged, please sign for as damaged. Take photographs and keep the delivery in a safe place as it may need to be collected for investigation.
If your order has been supplied incorrectly and it is our fault, we will replace or refund for no extra charge.
Any damages or concerns raised regarding your order will not affect your Statutory Rights.
